Bigger is always better... looking for the biggest weapons - Guild Wars Forums

So yeah, title says it all. I also care a little about the skin, but a main sign of an awesome weapon to me is that it stands out.

It there a list with the ~3 biggest weapons for each type (sword, axe, shield, etc....)?

I've been looking here and on the internet, but couldn't find something so far, any help is highly appreciated^^

I think the Dead Sword is a pretty big weapon.

I find the BDS too big for lots of my caster ladies...

Colossal scimitar, fellblade etc are nice ones. Runic blade is really long.. need to check galleries for more

Spear: Voltaic Spear Greater Guardian Spear
Daggers: Storm Daggers Alari's Double Blades Shiro's Blades Daggers of Purity
Shield: Defender Militia Shield Aegis
Scythe: Envoy Scythe Asuran Scythe
Staff: Chrysocola Staff Envoy Staff

Pretty sure that is most of the larger skins, may have missed a few. Dont know about bows, focus, or wands. You can have a look at a list of all the skins in the game here.

hand axe, white reaver etc is big

ascalonian razor, colossal scimitar

Biggest hammer by far is the tormented maul.

Deldrimor weapons are pretty big as a rule. Steelhead scythe, opressor spear/staff, Fellblade, Crenellated sword, Serpentine Reaver. Does depend on character size of course.

I always thought Turai's Sword (from the BMP) was pretty big.
Axe... maybe Pyroclastic.
Daggers.... Shiro's Blade?

Indeed - using SEARCH is a wonderful thing - it lets you see if your question has been answered already. and as has been pointed out, this question has been asked multiple times about which is the largest weapons..
